We’ve recently updated the myACCA portal for members

The refreshed portal offers a number of benefits including a new way to find information and contact the customer service team.

From the portal you’ll have access to our knowledge base which can answer most queries.

If you need to complete a task like submitting an application or checking its progress, or managing your personal details, you’ll be able to do this online too.

If you still have questions, you can contact the customer service team directly from the portal, meaning that your messages and their responses are now all in one place.
